I necessary a replacement filter for my 8 gallon QSP Shop-Vac and none of the neighborhood stores had 1... not even WalMart. Once I did discover a replacement filter it was $30! Crazy pricey if you ask me. So I hopped onto Amazon and identified this Vacmaster HEPA filter.
It's less expensive then Shop-Vac's replacement filter, it fits it just fine, and it does a Much greater job then the old filter I had installed, even when it was brand new.
Hands down, a superb replacement filter for my Shop-Vac.
Pros:
Cheap!
Collects especially fine dust, not sheetrock fine dust, but fairly substantially almost everything but.
Cons:
None!
Does NOT fit my five gallon ShopVac. Says it fits "most 5 gallon+ Shop Vacs. Wonder how you are supposed to know which a single?
